The company is managed by a group of Dynamic Professional Technocrats, who have a rich experience in the EPS technology field. Our knowledge of the industry is in excess of 18 years. We design protective packaging & component and moulds as per your requirement drawings/samples.

We design molds to best suit the customers moldinmg machines. We have designed molds for German, Japanese & Korean machines like Kurtz, Hirsh, Toyo, Daekong, etc. The molds we make are customised for the coustomers machine depending on the steam chamber of the machine if it is a common steam chamber machine & conventional type of molds for machines which load independent steam chambers.

For better productivity & tool life we offer teflon coating for the molds. Our molds are designed with the perfect pitch of jets for even and uniform fusion of beads & quick cooling, we maintain even wall thickness of the aluminium walls & precise layout of ejectors to enable fast & perfect cooling & ejection.
